FULL SERVICE with Fulfillment:

We personally receive your goods in our Vienna logistics center. Upon receiving your goods, we check them for completeness and integrity.

Based on your order, we store the goods either directly in our storage system or check them against existing customer orders before picking and sending them.

Your products in our hands – a great responsibility we’ve been given. We precisely document every process step in order to maintain your trust and ensure your goods are delivered to the customer in perfect condition.

Our logistics center in south Vienna adheres to the highest modern standards for logistics and storage. We store your goods on shelves or in pallet storage areas.

We meticulously manage your inventory from the receipt of goods to the creation of inventory lists.

Using an interface we can transfer the order data directly from your online shop and automatically update your inventory.

Upon request, we can also conventionally process the data you send us per email or fax. You decide.

We use your order data to generate corresponding picking orders and prepare the shipment.

We use well-known and reliable parcel services for shipment. As a large customer, the parcel services give us conditions that we pass on to our customers. You have access to the shipment data on your system no later than the morning of the next day or, if we have a direct connection to your online shop, on the same day.

We provide your customers with an online solution that facilitates the process of sending us returns and specifies our conditions. You can either integrate our solution into your website with your own look or simply use our service department.

When we receive returns, we check them according to your specifications. Amongst other things, returned goods can be classified as 1st or 2nd choice, unexamined returns (C-Ware), or rejects. The returns are then refurbished: the goods are repackaged and shipments are sent.

You also have the option of storing first- and second-choice goods. Goods can then be returned to suppliers, manufacturers or other specified recipients of returns.
